Platform Access

Appivo is a cloud-based platform that runs entirely in your browser. No local installation is required.

Accessing Appivo

Sign In

1. Visit app.appivo.com
2. Sign in with your account credentials
3. You're ready to start building!

Browser Requirements

Appivo works best with modern browsers:

Your Workspace

After signing in, you'll see your workspace with:

• Applications - Your existing applications
• Create New - Start a new application
• Recent - Recently accessed items
• Settings - Account and workspace preferences

Organization Setup

If you're setting up a new organization:

1. Click Create Organization on your dashboard
2. Enter your organization name
3. Configure default settings
4. Invite team members (optional)

Development Environments

Appivo supports multiple environments for your applications:

Each environment can have its own configuration, allowing you to test changes before deploying to production.

API Access

To integrate Appivo with external tools or build custom integrations, you can generate API keys:

1. Navigate to Settings > API Keys
2. Click Generate New Key
3. Copy and securely store your key
4. Use the key in your API requests

API keys enable:

• External system integration
• Automated deployments
• Custom tooling
• Third-party app connections

Workspace Preferences

Theme

Customize your workspace appearance:

1. Click the settings icon in the navigation
2. Select Appearance
3. Choose Light, Dark, or System theme

Language

Appivo supports 8 languages:

• English (default)
• Swedish
• Danish
• Norwegian
• German
• French
• Finnish
• Spanish

Change your language in Settings > Language.

Boost your productivity:

Multi-Tenancy

Appivo applications are designed for multi-tenancy from the start:

• Data Isolation - Each tenant's data is completely separated
• Configuration - Per-tenant settings and customization
• Branding - Tenant-specific theming and logos
• Features - Enable/disable features per tenant

This means you can build a single application and serve multiple customers, each with their own isolated data and settings.

Troubleshooting

Can't Access the Platform?

• Check your internet connection
• Clear browser cache and cookies
• Try a different browser
• Verify your account credentials

Slow Performance?

• Close unused browser tabs
• Disable unnecessary browser extensions
• Check your network connection
• Try a wired connection instead of WiFi

Session Issues?

• Sign out and sign back in
• Clear browser cookies for appivo.com
• Check if cookies are enabled
