Resetting Your Password
To reset your password, go to the login page and click “Forgot password”. You will be asked to specify your email address, after which a reset email will be sent. Clicking the link in the reset email will take you to a password reset page.
If you cannot find the reset email:
- Check your spam folder, occasionally the email ends up there.
- Sometimes it can take a minute or two for the mail to arrive; wait a bit and see if it arrives.
- Try sending out another reset email.
Enter user ID. 
Enter password or request reset. 
Confirm password reset.
